HEADSHOT PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS
1. Meeting with me at disclosed location.
2. I help with directing and posing before we start.
3. We shoot for about 15-30 minutes. We will review the images periodically to review the quality of the overall images.
4. Once payment is received, a personal link will be sent to email of choice where you will be able to review all of the best images from the shoot.
5. Your favorite images from the shoot will then be edited by our high end post production team (Editing includes skin softening, blemish removal, fly away hair removal, exposure correction, color correction, and more).
6. Final images will be uploaded to the same link initially provided. All final images are high resolution JPEGs.

- Includes on-site set up, directing and posing, shooting, post production, and delivery of final images.
- Includes 15-30 minutes of shooting on-site.

PROFESSIONAL LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
- Includes on-site set up, directing and posing, shooting, post production, and delivery of final images.
- Includes 30 minutes -1 hour of shooting on-site.
- The final image count is based on the amount of individuals in the shoot. (For 1 individual you can expect around 15-20 final images. For a group of 8 you can expect around 50-70 final images.)
- Lifestyle sessions are all about variety. We will usually move around to get different backgrounds, different kinds of posing, looks, props, etc.
- We will shoot images during the Lifestyle session in both horizontal orientation as well as vertical orientation. This kind of variety can be used for various kinds of marketing. (Vertical orientation is specifically better for social media marketing as well as print marketing.)
LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS
1. Meeting with me at disclosed location.
2. I help with directing the shoot, going over posing, where to put hands, feet, etc.
3. I like to focus on getting the group shots done first. After we get a variety in the large group shots, we will get a variety of smaller group shots next. After the smaller groups are done we will focus on getting individual shots of select people. We will review the images periodically to make sure we like the overall quality of the images. Shooting lasts for 30 minutes - 1 hours depending on the size of the group.
4. Once the shoot is completed payment must be received in order to receive the gallery of images from the shoot.
5. All of the best images will be edited by our high end post production team.
6. The final images will be provided in a private link where they can be reviewed and downloaded. All final images are high resolution JPEGs.
Common FAQs for Headshot Photography and Lifestyle Photography
Q: What do I wear to the shoot?
A: Wear an outfit that represents you, your brand, and your personality. Wear something that you would wear to a prospective client meeting.
Q: How many looks are included in the headshot session? What about for lifestyle sessions?
A: Typically one look is included for headshot sessions. Lifestyle shoots are for social media, website, print marketing, and other promotional campaigns.
Q: Do I have an option of shooting indoors?
A: Yes. If you'd like to shoot indoors I am more than happy to travel to your office, home, or other disclosed location you prefer.
Q: What if it rains?
A: Outdoor headshot shoots are not suited for bad weather. Cloudy and overcast is totally fine but a sunny day is preferred for the best lighting. I always confirm the day before or on the morning of.
Q: What if I wanted more than just one final headshot from the headshots photography package?
A: No problem. Each final image can be processed for $39.
Q: How does headshot pricing work with groups?
A: As you can see in the pricing model - the more individuals scheduled for the shoot, the less expensive it is per person. This creates an incentive for bigger groups to schedule together and get a better rate versus having a solo headshot or lifestyle photography session with me.
